Conditions for exchange and return of goods

What goods can be returned?

Goods of proper quality purchased in the Leomikao online store can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Only new goods that show no signs of use and have not been used can be returned, provided that:

  • preserving its marketable appearance and consumer properties,
  • absence of traces of use and contamination,
  • preservation of seals, labels, tags, protective films,
  • preservation of factory markings,
  • integrity, undamaged condition, preservation of all parts of individual (factory) packaging;

A product of inadequate quality purchased from Leomikao can be returned within its warranty period if the product defects arose due to the fault of the manufacturer or seller of the product.

Important ! Ordered goods, delivered individually at your request ("on request") are not subject to exchange or return. The entire product is checked for integrity and serviceability. However, if manufacturing defects are detected, the product is subject to replacement or reimbursement of part of the cost of the product.

Return procedure

To return goods, you must provide a completed return application form along with the goods, indicating the reason for the return and the defects of the goods (in the case of returning a low-quality product).

Methods of returning goods

You can return the goods: by delivery service Nova Poshta. Delivery is paid by the sender according to the rates of the chosen delivery service and the chosen method of sending.

Please note! When registering a return parcel, be sure to indicate its estimated value in an amount equal to the sum of the cost of all returned goods indicated on the sales receipt. In the event of loss or damage to the parcel, compensation for the cost of the goods will be paid within the amount of the declared value you indicated.

Important! If you send a parcel with a return of goods under the terms of payment by the recipient ("cash on delivery", etc.), the seller will not be able to receive it, and the goods will be returned to you, and the funds for the goods will not be returned.

Refund for goods

Funds for returned goods are automatically returned to the bank card with which the goods were paid.

Important! The funds are returned after the seller receives the goods, checks them and confirms the grounds for returning the goods.

It is not recommended to use a bank card opened for wages, pensions, scholarships, social payments for a refund if the goods were paid for with another card. The Seller and the Administrator are not responsible for the delay in receipt of funds, the withdrawal of a commission or other consequences of the bank processing the payment to the card.

The term for payment of funds for returned goods:

The funds will be returned to you within a period depending on the method of returning the goods: 1-3 days from the moment the seller receives the goods.

The refund period continues until the following issues are resolved:

  • if, when returning the product, you did not include all components or accompanying documents;
  • if the reasons for returning the goods specified by you require confirmation (in particular, the presence or cause of defects in the goods, verification of the reasons for their occurrence, inclusion of the goods in the list of goods not subject to return);
  • if the goods were lost/damaged by the delivery service;
  • if you have not specified a bank card for crediting the refund;

Warranty obligations

All products are provided with an official manufacturer's warranty. If you did not find information about warranty obligations (warranty period, warranty service conditions and warranty refusal) in the product description, you can get this information from the seller via chat in the product card.

Please note! If, according to the service documentation, instructions or manufacturer/seller's stipulations, the installation/dismantling/maintenance of the product requires a mandatory call to a service center specialist, we recommend that you comply with these requirements to avoid further denial of warranty service.

Important! If you are making warranty claims to the seller, the goods must be sent to their name and address.
